Blankenship, an OG Western Conference owner, has led his Bootleggers to four playoff appearances and a tie for the best regular season record in FCS history when they netted eleven wins in 2016. Twin City, previously calling Austin home as the Outlaws, enjoyed a dominant 2016 campaign, easily winning the West and falling just short of a Victor Bowl spot in our inaugural season. Following that, the Boot saw a steady decline with four consecutive seasons without a playoff appearance until finally getting back in the black in 2022. The trend has continued upward as Twin City notched their third 10-win season, first scoring title, first MVP in Barkley and their third trip to the Western Conference Finals in 2024. Blankenship hopes to keep things steady as they have turned into an annual title contender out West.
