First year leader Jackson Leichner takes the reigns of a franchise struggling to find their identity post their 2023 FCS championship. The Rougarou, formerly Ottawa Braves and then Virginia Beach Rovers, have a tough hill to climb as this franchise sits in the bottom quarter of all major historic FCS team records. If the Rous want to follow in the footsteps of first-year owner success with the likes of Colorado, Little Rock and NorCal, Leichner will have to really bring out the claws to be able to crawl out of the mud.
