The Caps, or Runnin' Bills as we like to call them, didn't waste any time establishing themselves as a premier member of the FCS. Chase Miller, taking over the team formerly known as the Lumberjacks, hit the ground running and made an inaugeral run all the way to the Victor Bowl in his first season. Little Rock took 2020 to regroup but bounced back in the best way possible the following season by bringing home the ultimate hardware. A second title in 2022 has solidified Miller and the Caps as one of the best in FCS history as they now sit tied with Nashville and DC for most championships in FCS history. This team refuses to have down years and is routinely making great trades, draft picks or acquisitions. You could argue they are the best run team in the league and no one would bat an eye.
